NOTE: NOT on the ingredients list is Ideal SF brown sugar, all 0s....1 TBL.
Preheat oven to 375. Mix together the Montreal Steak Spice and Ideal Brown Sugar. Rub on the Salmon.
Then combine the lemon juice, Hoisin sauce (and a little smokin' joes barbeque sauce if you have it) and the sesame oil, pour onto the salmon. Bake for about 18-20 minutes until done. WEIGH OUT 2.6 ozs. of the COOKED SALMON when done and that equals 1/2 Lean.
