Juanita Low Fat Potato Soup

Ingredients
6 cups potatoes diced6 cups skim fat free milk3 cups Jennie-O Turkey Ham1/2 cup onion chopped1/2 cup celery chopped
Directions
Dice potatoes and boil for 25 minutes til soft
Chop celery and onion
Combine all ingredients
Bring to a brisk boil - 5 minutes
Turn down to medium heat and simmer for 25 minutes

Makes 6 - 1 cup servings
