peaches, caramelized

Ingredients
1 fresh white peach, pitted, peeled, and sliced1.5 tsp butter1.5 tsp sugar2 tbsp noosa aussie style yoghurt, honey
Directions
prep peaches first.
melt butter at medium high temp in a heavy skillet. add sugar and stir just until combined and starting to bubble.
add peaches. stir to coat. but don't continue stirring too long. leave them undisturbed for 3 mins. or so to let them caramelized before stirring. (if you're as anal as i am about it you can flip each individual slice so that they ALL get that yummy caramelized surface on BOTH sides.)
serve warm with a dollop of honeyed yoghurt as a garnish.
