4oz of ground beef (90/10)1/8 C of shredded mozzarella cheese (2%)2 tsp of minced garlic1 tbsp of crumbled baconblack pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form into a patty. Pre-heat skillet to med-high. Cook to desired done-ness.
