strawberry banana mango frozen dessert using soft tofu

for 4 servings use Frozen fruit...4 bananas300g strawberries60g mango1tsp limade concentrate8g soft tofu10ml carnation evaporated milkmilk and or yogurt or coconut, soy or other fluid to keep the blender going about 50ml or less
have all fruit frozen. You can cut them into smaller sizes to help your blender then keep frozen. combine the tofu and canned milk and put in the freezer until very cold or just icing over (about 1/2 hour). Put fruit/limeade in blender. Blend on high while slowly adding the tofu/canned milk mixture. If needed add more milk/yogurt/coconut milk/water/juice to keep it going until well blended and creamy. pour into individual cups and return to freezer for about 15-20 minutes before serving.
