Carolina Brown Rice Whole Grain, 3 cupOlive Oil, 1 tbspSesame Oil, 1 1tsp Peas and carrots, frozen, 84 grams Morinaga Tofu extra firm silken, 84 gram(s) (diced)Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium (diced)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, diced (1 cup)Onions, raw, .5 small (diced)Low sodium Vegetable Broth, .5 cup Sambal Oelek (or some chili paste) 1tsp
Cook rice according to the recipe on the packaging. (I use the rice cooker)
Saute onion and olive oil for a minute, add pepper and mushrooms, saute a bit longer. Add broth. Add peas and carrots. Saute. Add tofu. Saute. Add soy sauce. Mix. Add chili paste. Add more if you like spicy food.
Add water if you need.
