Turmeric's Banana Blueberry Cornbread

1 cup cornmeal 1 cup whole wheat flour 2 tbsp lemon juice3 very ripe bananas1 cup almond milk 1/3 cup Splenda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup blueberries 1 tbsp oil for pan
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Combine bananas and lemon juice and mash up a bit.
3. Add remaining ingredients except blueberries and process or just mix well.
4. Fold in blueberries and gently mix.
5. Pour batter into lightly oiled loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes at 425, then another 10 minutes at 350.
5. Let cool 30 minutes before cutting into 10 slices.
