Cherry Chicken Salad

1 fresh peach, cubed1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and sliced in half1 lb skinless chicken breast, cooked and cubed1 1/2 cup celery, sliced1 cup non-fat greek yogurt1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream1 1/2 tbsp honey1 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp curry powder1/8 tsp ground gingersalt & pepper to taste1/2 cup slivered almonds12 Bibb lettuce leaves
1. Combine cherries, peaches, chicken, and celery in a large bowl.
2. In another bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, honey, lemon, curry powder, ginger, and salt; mix well.
3. Pour wet mixture over chicken mixture; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate until chilled.
4. Just before serving, stir in all but 1 tbsp of the almonds. Evenly divide mixture among lettuce leaves and sprinkle remaining almonds over before wrapping.
Serving Size: Makes 12 wraps
