chocolate walnut muffins

Ingredients
1 c. old fashioned rolled oats1 c . 1% milk1 c. whole wheat flour2/3 c. splenda2/3 c. apple juice1 egg1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda6 Tab. unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 tsp. salt1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions
Soak oats in milk for one hour
Preheat oven: 400 degrees
Spray muffin pan or use muffin papers
Combine oat mixture w/juice and egg and mix well
Whisk together dry ingred. /add walnuts last
Combine dry and wet , mix only until moist
12 muffins 20-25 minutes
