Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
1 Cup peanut butter1/2 Cup honey1 Cup old-fashioned oats1 Cup almonds1 Cup apricots, diced2 scoops vanilla protein powder, optional, not included in nutritional informationcinnamon, to taste
Directions
Warm peanut butter and honey on stove on low heat until runny and smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well incorporated. Chill in fridge or freezer for 45 minutes. Scoop 1 Tbsp balls into mini muffin liners. Enjoy!
