Single Serving Cottage Cheese Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 banana mashed- 3 tbsp flour of choice- 3 tbsp 1% cottage cheese- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract- 1 egg- 1/4 tsp baking soda- 1/4 tsp baking powder- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional + included in calorie count)
Directions
- Mash banana in a mug
- Stir in egg, cottage cheese and vanilla extract
- Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda
- Stir in chocolate chips if using
- Microwave for 2-3min depending on how "cakey" you like it.
