*black eye pea, 1 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Hunt's Dice Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)*Fenugreek seed, 1 tsp (remove)*asafoetida (hing), 0.25 tsp (remove)Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)*Tumeric, 0.5 tsp (remove)Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 cup, sliced (remove)*Hot Chili Peppers, 5 pepper (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh, 2 cup (remove)Water, tap, 2 cup (remove)Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
- Boil peas in water
- Heat oil
- Add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, & hing
- Then add onions, tomatoes, jalapeņo, hot chills, ginger,
& garlic
- Add turmeric, salt, & dried cilantro
- Add kale and fresh cilantro
- serve
