1.3 Lbs Ground Turkey (or there about)1 29oz can of tomato puree or crushed tomatoes1 15.5oz can of black beans (rinsed and drained)1/2 a bag of frozen corn (about 8oz)2 cloves of garlic (minced or through a garlic press)1 tbs chili powder1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powder1 bay leaf1 tsp tabasco sauce1 tsp worchestershire sauceSalt and pepper to taste
1. Brown and drain the ground turkey in a skillet.
2. Add all ingredients to a crockpot.
3. Cook on high for 4 hours.
