Chocolate Sauce (non-fat evap milk)

Ingredients
2/3 cup evaporated non-fat milk1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips15 regular marshmallows, cut upServing SuggestionsFondue Dip suggestions: Chunks of apple, strawberries, drained canned pineapple chunks, pears, banana slices, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, etc.As sauce: 1. Pour over angel food cake alone2. Arrange in layers: alternate chocolate sauce, angel food cake and sliced fruit.2. Layer alternately in a glass with vanilla yogurt
Directions
1. In small saucepan melt all ingredients on low heat until combined. (Cook chocolate dishes on low heat and stir constantly so they do not scorch.)
2. Pour mixture into fondue pot and leave on low heat. Or spoon serving portions over sliced angel food cake, fruits, etc.
