1 cup Carb Master yogurt, any flavor4.5 Cups whole milk1/8 cup sugar
Heat milk and sugar until steaming, but not boiling. Let cool, to 100-110 degrees Fahrenheit. Stir in Carbmaster yogurt and process in yogurt maker for at least 5 hours or until thickened.
