Joanie's Baked Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
2 pounds chicken breast tenders1 cup bisquick (you will not use all of this)2 eggs (you will not use all of this)1 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce1/4 cup butter
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450
Mix the bisquick, salt, garlic granules and paprika
Dip each tender in the egg and then in the bisquick mixture, and place on a wire rack over a cookie sheet
Bake for 20 minutes, turning once.
While they are melting, combine the Red Hot sauce and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil
When chicken is done, place in a bowl and toss in sauce.
Serve with ranch dressing and lots of veggies.

Serving Size: Makes 3 large servings, about 4-5 tenders each.
