Ingredients
This is a juice.Kale - one large bunchKiwi - 4 with skins left onCarrots - leave carrot greens intact juice about two bunches. Approx 10 or 12 med carrots.Spinach - two larger bunches stems left on.Apples - two Granny Smith medium and two larger Braeburn apples skins left on.Nectarines - two VERY large with skins.Mint (fresh) - this isn't included in nutritional value but about 1 cup with stems.
Directions
Juice veggies first then fruit, combine to your taste.

Serving Size: Makes about 5.5 pint glasses of fresh juice.
