Ingredients
1 cup - white flour.75 cup - coconut milk1 pc- medium size egg2 tsp- baking powder1 dash - salt
Directions
Dissolved sugar in coconut milk. Add in the egg. Sift together the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix to the egg-coconut mixture. Bake in 200 deg F for 10-15 minutes
