Cream Cheese Beef Stroganoff

1 red onion, finely diced1 garlic clove minced1 lb ground beef 80/206 oz cream cheese6 tablespoon worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon lemon juice1 tablespoon parsley1/2 teaspoon black pepper1/2 teaspoon salt1/2-3/4 cup water
Cook ground beef, onion and garlic together until beef is no longer pink. Drain fat away from beef (rinsing with water is the best way). Return to pan and melt in cream cheese. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, parsley, pepper, salt and water as needed to desired creamy consistency. Reduce heat and stir to avoid sticking.
Serve over rice or noodles. Those calories are not included.
