Bean and Broccoli Slaw Salad

Ingredients
1 - 12 oz bag Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw1 can dark kidney beans1 can Great Northern beans1 small purple onion sliced thin1 TBSP canola or olive oil1 TBSP sugar (I DO NOT recommend using Splenda for this recipe...it has a strange reaction with the vinegar causing it to have a very bitter taste)2 TBSP balsamic vinegar1 packet seasoning from low-fat Chicken Ramen noodles
Directions
Drain both beans and rinse well. Add oil, vinegar, sugar and seasonings to a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate. The longer it sits the better the flavors. Makes 4 servings.
