1 cup fresh Italian flat leaf parsley1 cup cilantro1/4. fresh oregano1T Red chili flakes3 cloves of garlicJuice of one Lemon2 T. Olive oilWater if needed.
Roughly chop fresh herbs without stems. Put all ingredients in the food processor and pulse until it makes a paste.You can add some water 1T at a time if it is needed.
Play around with the herbs and pepper until you find the combination that is right for you.
Use it on anything.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Makes about 20/ 2Tbs servings
