Slow Cooker Sesame Turkey Tenders

1 lb turkey breast 1/2 tsp black pepper1/8 tsp cayenne pepper2 Tbsp low sodium chicken broth2 Tbsp lite soy sauce2 tsp grated fresh ginger1/2 Tbsp lemon juice1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil2 cloves garlic, minced2 tsp cornstarch1 Tbsp cold water1 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1. Place turkey in slow cooker and sprinkle with black pepper and cayenne pepper. In a small bowl, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, lemon juice, sesame oil, and garlic. Pour over turkey.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
3. Transfer turkey to a serving platter and keep warm.
4. Strain cooking liquid into a small saucepan over medium heat. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and the water and stir into cooking liquid. Stir mixture until thickened and bubbly, about 4 - 5 minutes.
5. Spoon sauce over turkey and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
