6 cups non instant non-fat dry milk2 cup all purpose flour1 tsp salt.
In a large bowl combine Non instant dry milk, flour and salt. Store in an air tight container.
To make sauce melt 1/4 cup butter in a medium sauce pan. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of the mix. Stir until the mix has peas size clumps evenly distributed. Gradually add 3 3/4 cups of cold water stirring after each addition until smooth. Return the pan to the heat and stir until thick and bubbly. This sauce is suitable for thin sauces and cream soup base. for thicker sauce add less water.
