* Ground Turkey or Chicken, 3/4 lb raw * Beans, red kidney, 1.5 cup * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cups or 1 12oz can * Banana Peppers, 1 cup * Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 cups * Onions, raw, 1 medium (1 cup chopped) * Garlic, 3 cloves * Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp * Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tbsp * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp * Paprika, 1 tbsp * Salt, 1 dash * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * Water, tap, 3 cups * Baking chocolate, unsweetened, 1 square * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Saute onion, peppers, garlic and crumbled turkey for 5 minutes. Add to crockpot with other ingredients except for the chocolate and cook on low. One hour before serving chop the chocolate and mix in.
