Banana Shake (no sugar added)

Ingredients
Small Banana1 container dannon light and fit greek vanilla yogurt1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milksugar free mocha syrupsugar free vanilla syrupcinnamon8 ice cubes (more or less)
Directions
Put banana in blender (previously frozen if possible), add milk, yogurt and blend. Add ice cubes until desired thickness, add sugar free mocha syrup (about 4 tbsp), add 2 tsp sugar free vaniilla syrup, sprinkle in some cinnamon and blend well. Add more ice if desired. Pour into glass and sprinkle some cinnamon on top and add a dollop of Cool Whip (optional and will add 3g carb).
