Whole Dates - 7-8 itemLand O Lakes unsalted butter - 2 TbspNestle La Lechera condensed milk - 6 TbspBlue Diamond Almonds all natural - 8 Ghirardelli sweet ground chocolate and cocoa - 0.125 cupsBakers angel flake cocnut sweetened - 2 Tbsp
In a saucepan on a medium heat gradually add the ingredients butter, condensed milk, almonds, and cocoa powder and Dates.
Mix well until it look like a soft paste
on a foil paper spread the coconut flakes and slightly roll the prepared paste.
refrigerate over night, cut in medium pieces and Enjoy healthy, delicious, energy bar.
