Crunchy Sweet Lowfat Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 10 oz. can of chicken breast, drained2 T low calorie mayonnaise16 grapes, halved1/3 cup celery, chopped3/4 cup water chestnuts, chopped2 T chopped red onion1/4 cup walnuts, choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients except salt and pepper in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on rice crackers or whole grain toast for a nutritious, delicious, sweet and crunchy lunch!
