Artisan Pizza in 5 minutes/day Master recipe

Ingredients
3.5 c. warm water7.5 c. all purpose flour1 Tbl (1 pkg) yeast1-1.5 Tbl salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients. DON'T knead! Allow to rise at room temperature for 2 hours. You can then use for making pizzas right away, or store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks, using as needed.
When baking, roll very thin, top lightly, then bake on preheated pizza stone at 500 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
