Mini Muffin Pizzas

Ingredients
Whole wheat english muffinTomato sauceMozzarella cheese made from skim milk3 slices of pepperoni (though we buy turkey pepperoni because we don't eat pork, it is leaner and has less fat!)
Directions
Make like a normal pizza, cut the muffin open spread a little sauce on, top with cheese and pepperoni, bake until cheese melts!

I find this helpful with portion control cause if I only make one, that's it! And it helps me get to have pizza!
