2 12oz pkgs of frozen cauliflower4 oz onion & chives cream cheese1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
1. Cook cauliflower until very soft. Either by steaming on stove or in the microwave. Read package directions for recommendations.
2. Drain cauliflower then place in food processor with all the other ingredients.
3. Process to the consistency of your liking. I like it very smooth so I did mine for 2 - 3 minutes.
