Ingredients
1 c. flour1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. baking powder1/2 c. milk1/4 c. vegetable oil1 egg
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and mix. Add wet ingredients and mix until combined.

Spoon into muffin papers and bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes. Muffins are done when the tops spring back when lightly pressed down.
