Apple Egg Rolls

Ingredients
4 Medium Apples2 tbsp butter2 tbsp brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon12 egg roll wrapperspowdered sugar (for dusting)
Directions
Peel and chop apples (bite size)
Melt butter in a saute pan on medium.
Add brown sugar and cinnamon.
Stir to combine.
Add apples to butter/sugar mixture.
Saute until apples begin to soften (3-4mins)
Remove from heat.
Divide mixture between 12 eggroll wrappers.
Roll eggrolls according to package directions.
Place egg rolls seam side down on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

    I really liked these. I did change it up a bit, using splenda instead of sugar and microwave the apples to get soft instead of on the stove. It made for a faster dessert. Will definitely make often as I can make just a few at a time by decreasing the number of apples. - 1/2/17
