Taco Bell Chicken Quesadilla

For sauce:1/4 cup mayonnaise2 tsp minced jalapenos2 tsp jalapeno juice3/4 tsp sugar1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp paprika1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1/8 tsp garlic powder1 dash of saltFor quesadilla:2 chicken breasts1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded4 tortilla's
Preheat the oven to 425.
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl, and set aside.
Cut the chicken into medium length strips, then cook on the stove until done.
Combine the two types of cheese.
Place two tortilla's on a cookie sheet.
Evenly spread the sauce on the two tortilla's.
Add chicken strips.
Add one cup of the cheese mix to each tortilla.
Place the final two tortilla's on top of the other tortilla's.
Put the quesadilla's into the oven and cook for approximately 5 min, or until the cheese is melted.
Remove the quesadilla's from the oven and cut into pieces with a pizza cutter.
