Ground Perdue Chicken Veggie Burger

1 pkg Perdue ground chicken breast1 yellow squash1/4 cup Bella mushrooms2 celery stalks1 carrot1/4 cup yellow onion2 Tbsp olive oil1 tsp sea salt1 tsp jerk seasoning2 tbsp salsa
Finely dice all vegetables. Add 1 -2 tsp oil to pan and sauté until softened. Add salsa, salt to taste and jerk seasoning and cook a few more minutes.
Add remaining oil to grill pan.
Combine veggies and meat in a bowl. Form into 6 burger patties. Cook over medium low heat until cooked through and no longer pink.
Serving Size: Makes 6 burgers
