Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless ready to cook chicken breasts1 cup canned mushrooms1 cup chopped onions (i use red)2 cloves garlic, chopped2 medium steak tomato, chopped2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin, light your choice)2 cups noodles (use whatever is handy)a couple wedges of lemon or limethyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, basil to taste
Directions
wash chicken breasts then boil in thyme, rosemary, and basil until done and easy to cut
in seperate pan put onions, olive oil, and mushrooms and set aside
when chicken is done cut into bite size pieces and add to pan with onions, oil, and mushrooms
start the noodles
add salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary to taste to the chicken, onions, oil, and mushrooms and cook until chicken starts turning brown
drain and rinse noodles well
add the tomatoes, garlic, and cooked noodles
cook for another 5 minutes
squeeze lemon or lime juice and give it one last stir before plating
serve with low calorie soup or salad
you can also add freshly grated or store grated cheese
