German Skillet Dinner~ absolutely wonderful

Ingredients
3 tbl butter or margarine1/2 cabbage , chopped2/3 c uncooked rice (I use minute rice)1 med onion, chopped2 lbs hamburger1 can diced tomatoes or rotel tomatoesSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter in skillet, layer cabbage, uncooked rice, onion, raw crumbled hamburger, salt and pepper, then tomatoes. Cover with lid and simmer 25-35 minutes until rice, cabbage and burger are done. Do not stir or lift lid until done
