Ingredients
3 tbsp flax seed meal (ground flax)1 large egg1 tsp oil (preferably olive or canola) OR butter1 tsp baking Powder1 tsp cinnamon, ground1 tsp brown Sugar
Directions
Put all ingredients into a mug and stir very well. Bake in microwave for 2.5 minutes.

    Grounded flaxseed is the "flour" in the recipe. It sticks together the batter.
