Simple Sassy Soda Bread

Ingredients
3 Cups flour1 tbsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Salt2.5 Cups Water1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Preheat Oven to 400F/205C/Gas Mark 7

Oil a 9" loaf pan

Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the water and oil and gently stir til just mixed.

Pour into loaf pan and bake for 45-50 mins or until a knife comes out clean.

Let cool for 10-15 mins in pan before you remove.

Serving Size: Makes 16 small slices
