Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1. Solid White Albacore Tuna 3.0oz can (4 cans)2. Raw celery 5 stalks3. Raw carrots 2 medium4. Hard boiled eggs 45. Hellmann's Mayonaise, 20 tbsp6. Raw red onion chopped7. Garlic powder 1 tbsp 8. Black pepper
Directions
Dice celery
grate carrots
boil 4 eggs, peel and grate the eggs
chop raw red onion
drain the tuna fish
mix all the above mentioned ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add 20 tbsp of mayonaise, 1 tbsp of garlic powder and a dash of black pepper.
Regrigerate the tuna salad for 1 hour before serving.
