Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
4 cloves2 medium potatoes2 heaping tbsp of butter or margarine
Directions
Peel, cube, and boil the potatoes in a pot till they're tender then drain the water, and add garlic, peeled, and diced. Add the margarine, and mash. Fluff with a fork, split, and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 2 - 3/4 to full cup servings.
