1 pound ground turkey1/2 cup ketchup1 teaspoon yellow mustard2 teaspoons brown sugar splenda1 small onion
Brown turkey. Drain off fat (I use turkey baster to remove it). Cut up onion. Put in a little water. Cover with paper towel and put in microwave for 3 minutes. Put in turkey. Add ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar splenda. Cook on top of the stove. You can add onion powder and a pinch on cinnamon if you want. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add a little water, if needed. It makes 4 to six servings. Please remember to be careful when taking the onions out of the microwave.
