Spaghetti Squash au Gratin

Ingredients
2 cup Spaghetti squash cooked and shredded2 cups zucchini cut in julienne slices1 medium onion1 tab coconut oil1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded1/2 plain greek yogurt
Directions
Saute onions in coconut oil till almost clear, add pepper flakes with it. In a large dinner plate with water in the bottom, put the half of spaghetti in the microwave and cook for 9 mins. Drain off the water and scrap the squash from top to bottom with the tines of a fork on to the plate. Set aside to cool.
Put the zucchini in the squash shell and bake in microwave for 3 minutes. Set aside while you mix the
yogurt and cheese together, then add the onions and salt and pepper if you like. Then add the two squashes and mix well. Spray a 8x8 dish or 7x11 and pour the mixture into it. Bake at 375 till the top is browned, about 30mins. Then enjoy.
