Roast tomato, Spinich, basil and parmesan cous cous

Ingredients
Cous Cous, 50 gram(s)Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 10 servingGarlic, 1 tspSesame Oil, 1 1tspPerfect Italiano - Parmesan cheese, 10 gram(s)De Jong Bros. Spinich - Garden Fresh, 50 gram(s)Basil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C
Line a dish with baking paper and, add the tomatoes mixed with garlic and drizzle with oil.
Bake for 10 mins
Make cous cous according to packet instructions.
Put in a bowl and fluff up adding stock flavour of your choice.
Stir in the tomatoes, parmesan, spinich, basil and pan juices.
Mix well

Serving Size: makes 1 side serving or a lunch serving
