Hole in One (Egg in a Hole)

Ingredients
1 slice french bread (35-45g approx)1 large egga dash of salta dash of peppera dash of minta dash of crushed red chilli pepper1 tsp butter
Directions
Use the rim of a small cup to cut a circle of bread out of the center of the slice of bread. Heat the butter in a small pan, and place the bread, and circle in the pan. Crack an egg in the hole of the bread, and add spices over top. Cook on each side till the yolk reaches your desired hardness, and then serve hot.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Hole in One.
