Wanton Wrappers Sargento Light String Cheese2 c'ans of Whole Green Chilies
Open the can of chilies and slice the chilies open-remove seeds and rinse-slice. Lay 1/2 of the cheese stick inside a Chile and fold the chili around the cheese. Then take one wanton and place the cheese wrapped chili in the middle. Take a pastry brush or your finger and wet the edges of the wanton with water and then fold over and seal the edges making a little envelope.
Heat a large pan, spray with non stick cooking spray and place Rellenos fold side down. When Crispy on bottom Turn and cook again until crispy on the other side.
