Grilled Chicken breast with crunchy oat crust.

Ingredients
4 skinless chicken breasts1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp coriander seeds 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 whole egg along 4 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp curry powder 5 honey ddas 5 tbsp dijon mustard 2 cups oats in ojuelas 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
1.- Combine in a bowl the chicken breasts with egg, soy sauce, garlic, onion, and cilantro and a tablespoon of curry powder.
2.- Add the cornstarch and mix well until breasts are well coated.
3.-Put 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan
4.- Breaded chicken breasts with oats, and cook in the pan until golden brown on each side.

For the sauce mix honey mustard and one tablespoon of curry and place 2 tablespoons of the honey mustard mixture on each chicken breast
