Ezekial Bread (or Sprouted Grain Bread)ThymeRosemarySageGround Black PepperLight MargarineOnionGarlicCeleryDried ApricotShallotParsleyLow-Sodium Chicken Broth
Cut bread into bite-sized cubes. Mix in the thyme, rosemary, sage and pepper.
Melt margarine and sautee the onions, garlic and celery.
Add sauteed mixture to bread, add in shallots, apricots and parsley.
Cover with tin foil, bake for 30 mins at 325F. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 20-30 more mins. Remove, let cool, portion and serve.
