Crock Pot Paleo Fudge (chocolate PB)

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup semi sweet dark chocolate chips1 cup light coconut milk1/4 cup honey4 tbsp all natural peanut butter (I used creamy, but I'm sure chunky would work just as well)
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and put on low for 2 hours.
After two hours stir to ensure no clumps and turn off crock pot and cool.
Pour mixture into Pyrex or other baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours before serving.
Serving Size: cut into 30 squares
