Amy K's Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
Basil, 20 leaves Walnuts, 2 oz Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Grated cheese, pecorino romano, 1 tbsp Water, tap, .24 cup (8 fl oz) (as needed for thickness) Salt to taste
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a chopper or blender. Add water 1 TB at a time until desired thickness. Great on top of cooked chicken or as a dip.
