cauliflower artichoke soup

Ingredients
Artichokes, frozen, 1 package (9 oz) (remove)Cauliflower, raw, .5 head, large (6-7" dia) (remove)Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup (remove)Campbells potato soup made with low fat milk
Directions
roast cauliflower until tender and then put it all in a pot and cook it until tender then blend until smooth. I add the milk and canned soup at the end
